I am looking for someone to share my lovely, spacious home.
I am ideally looking for a professional female who is 30-50, but am willing to be flexible about this for the right person.
What I really want is someone easy to talk to, with a sense of humour, and an affection for cats (as I have two). I am sociable but no longer a party animal, and am pretty relaxed about most things.
Monday to Friday-ers are also welcome at a reduced rate.
There is a large garden with patio; lots of space and light and a very peaceful, happy feel.
The room is furnished and a good size, with double bed, and the front room, kitchen and bathroom are shared.
It has a very central location close to the town centre and train station, with the path along the estuary at the end of the road.
