A good sized room for rent in a spacious 3 bedroom house on the seafront on Shoreham beach, the room comes with its own private balcony.

Rent is £550 pm all bills including. Sky & Broadband also included.

There is a large drive way which can easily fit 3 cars and the house has recently been re-decorated. It has a nearly new kitchen and large bathroom with separate shower and corner bath.

We are situated 100 yards from the beach and is in a quite close on Shoreham Beach. The high street is only a 5 min walk away over the bridge. we have a lovely back garden with a large pond which has a lot of carp etc living in it.

The room comes as un-furnished

We are a friendly and relaxed household. Jamie and I use one bedroom and we rent out the other spare room, which is currently occupied by a mature professional lady, who is lovely.

We also have a small dog, no bigger then a cat! He's harmless!

We are looking for a Mature professional, male or female to join us for a minimum of ideally 6 months from 17th October.

£550 deposit plus first month rent upfront please.
