It is west facing with good amount of storage. With shared use of bathroom, huge kitchen diner, large conservatory with comfy chairs and large garden. Free Wifi.

It would suit someone who is working in Brighton, Shoreham or Worthing.
I want someone who is clean, tidy & respectful of others.
Some one who wants a quiet and calm home.

Mon-Fri lodgers considered.

Please note you will need to provide 1 months rent & deposit up front.
The whole rent needs to be paid regularly on the 1st of the month.
I also need 2-3 references from previous landlords/ work/ personal.

There are lots of great local facilities.

It is a 20 minute walk to railway station. Easy, free parking outside house.

You will be sharing with my husband & I. Our home and garden is my work space and our sanctuary. We are quite spiritual and environmentally friendly, and would prefer someone who is mindful.
There are also 2 chilled cats and another lodger.
