Single Bedroom in Quirky Flinstone Cottage

Single room in a beautiful location.. (If you are interested in Mon-Fri msg me as rent is bit cheaper). It's a small Single Bedroom (with a single bed) in a 3 bedroom cottage on the Goodwood Estate. Must have car. ( a double bedroom will become available towards end of Feb)

There is shared living room with open fire place; shared kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful garden.

This would suit someone who works in Chichester or Midhurst. Or possibly a student looking for a quiet location.

Most bills (heating, hot water, electric) included with the rest on a 'if you share pay your fare' basis, ie - if you like to cosy up in front of the fire (we have a gorgeous open fire place) in the living room, we buy two loads of wood per winter, a contribution would be expected.

I am far from OCD but clean and tidy is expected/desired it's not a hotel. Other than that we're pretty relaxed.

I am open to short lets for the full week on pro rata basis.

We have a cat called Majic.
