Cosey and furnished small double room to let

I am renting out my spare small double/large single room. I live in a modern warm purpose built 2 storey apartment in a very quiet and lovely area of Steyning. There is ample parking and the apartment is a 5 minute walk into the village.
The bathroom is complete with a shower and although I cannot give the prospective lodger exclusive use of the bathroom, it is very rarely used by myself as I have an ensuite shower room. So for all intent and purpose it is for the lodger and not me.
Although there is a bus service to and from the village, I would recommend the tenant be a car owner/driver.
I have rented out the room for the last 6 and half years. It normally proves to be very popular due to the warm nature of the apartment and its great location.
