Large and bright furnished loft room in family home available, with ensuite bathroom equipped with sink, bath/shower and toilet.
The room is quiet and not disturbed by the rest of the house.
You will have access to a large modern kitchen equipped with range cooker and dishwasher, as well as your own fridge and cupboards.
You will also have access to internet, a washing machine, dryer and a bike shed.

Being our family home we keep the lounge to ourselves, the rest of the house is shared.
The room can be equipped with a Virgin TV cable box, so you would just have to provide a TV if you wish to use it. Alternatively there is wired broadband in the room to run Netflix etc. Council tax is included in the rent, along with all the other bills.
The room is offered furnished, to include a double bed, armchair, bedside cabinets and and two chests of drawers, as well as a clothes rail. We also have eaves storage available.


The house is very close to the sea and the town, West Worthing train station is a 10 minute walk. There is an abundance of free on street parking.
We are looking for a female students or professionals only.

Rent is payable monthly by direct debit in advance. There is no damage deposit. We have a cat, but it does not go in the room.
Unless by prior agreement, Minimum rental term is 6 months, 4 weeks notice thereafter.
