Large double room available, with own private ensuite shower room equipped with sink, shower and toilet. The room is a decent size and comes with a new pocket sprung double bed, hanging rail and desk. We have a good sized modern kitchen equipped with range cooker and dishwasher, as well as your own fridge. Broadband, washing machine, dryer and all mod cons available.
Being our family home we keep the lounge to ourselves, the rest of the house is shared.
The room is equipped with a Virgin TV cable box, so you would just have to provide a TV.
All the bills included.
The room is offered furnished only.
The house is very close to the sea and the town, West Worthing train station is a 10 minute walk.
Northbrook college about 15 min by bike and bus links are close by.

We are looking for a professional or student, who is after peace and privacy within a large and friendly family home. No couples please.
We would prefer either short term lets up to 3 months, or if longer, term time or weekday only. Please come and view the room if you are interested, initial enquiries by email only. I will respond usually within an hour to any enquiries.
A deposit is required to hold the room, but is deducted from first months rent.
There is no damage deposit.
Rent is payable monthly in advance.
We have a cat, but it does not go in the room.
At the present time we are looking for someone to rent from November onwards.
