You have a double bedroom, a bathroom and your own lounge with cooking facilities, on a separate floor, IT IS NOT SHARED.

It is furnished and equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, kettle and toaster. Crockery, cutlery and glasses are also provided.

All your accommodation is on the first floor whilst my accommodation is on the ground floor - you're almost self contained!

THE RENT INCLUDES ALL UTILITY BILLS, COUNCIL TAX, WATER, WIFI & A SKY CONNECTION NOT A SUBSCRIPTION - SPACE AND PRIVACY AT A BARGAIN PRICE.

I want ONE TENANT who is considerate and independent, who will have privacy in their space.

The house is large, comfortable and close to many amenities. There is wifi broadband connection and a Sky freeview television connection available. It is Council Tax Band D.

I am located in Tarring/West Worthing and about a 7 min walk to Durrington station and 15 minute walk to West Worthing station. Trains to Brighton take approx 30 minutes, so an easy commute and the London trains stop at both of these stations and take approx 60 minutes to Victoria or London Bridge.

The beach is about a mile away and you have easy access to the A27, A24 and A23. Also great access to the South Downs, local beauty spots and out of town shopping.

My life is fairly busy and I enjoy my own space, either in the house or the garden. Currently I don't have any pets but may in the near future.

I'm independent and considerate and would like to find someone similar to share my home.
