Double Room (Monday to Friday only)

We are looking for a friendly professional male to rent a double room in our four bedroom house Monday to Friday only.

The room is carpeted with a feature fire place, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and an aerial lead for TV. All bills are covered including unlimited WiFi.

There is a shared bathroom with a shower, separate bath with shower attachment, wash basin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet room.

The kitchen contains a range style cooker, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and table and chairs.

My wife and I are both hard working professionals and have to be up early during the week.

Our Location;

• 10 minutes walk to Worthing town centre.
• 20 minutes walk to Worthing station & 15 minutes to East Worthing station.
• 5 minutes walk to Worthing seafront, Splash Point and hospital.

On street parking, permit needed from 10am-11am and 2pm-3pm Mon-Fri. You can buy a residents permit for approx. £20 per year.
