Room By The Sea

Imagine waking up to the sound of waves breaking on the beach....then walking out of your front door and standing by the sea a minute later !

I live in a comfortable house just a few steps from Worthing seafront and have a lovely double room available to the right person, a tidy, quiet student or professional, on a Mon-Fri basis. I also have a smaller, more compact room available.

Rent includes everything, including "household basics" such as tea, coffee, washing powder, etc. There's a cleaner who comes each week to keep the place looking nice. Also have high-speed Infinity broadband. Recently had a lovely new kitchen installed, so that's another plus.

Looking for a friendly, professional person who would enjoy living close to the sea. We're just 15 minutes walk to the town centre with excellent bus access to Worthing and Brighton at the end of the road, and the railway station and local shops are just a 10 minute walk away.

This is a fairly quiet, laid-back house, so any future sharer would have to feel comfortable in that environment, and be able to fit in easily. The main thing is that you are easy to get on with, considerate, respect the privacy of others, and are a positive presence around the place.
