Toilet and bathroom (to share), good size kitchen, brand new washing machine and fridge/freezer.

Rent includes, utility bills, council tax and Fibre WiFi. Non smoking flat, smoke outside.

A deposit of 200 + 1st weeks rent up front.

Flat mate must be clean and tidy, with full time employment, sorry no DSS.
