There is a share living space where you could work from but the rooms are large enough for you to set up a mini office and there is also wifi which is included in the rent. The rent includes all bills so all you need to worry about is paying the rent. The heating and water is on constant so you don’t need to worry about that. There are 4 doubles available at 450pcm, and one large studio room at 550pcm which is VERY LARGE- enough space for a bed, desk, and sofa and also has sea views from a large bay window. All rooms either have sea or garden view.

The town is a short walk and a bus directly into brighton is less than a min walk away.
The rooms are furnished to a decent standard, with 2 separate toilets. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over bath too.
I will be looking for tenants with no pets. Parking on the road is non permit so you don’t need to worry about that.
