Double room with sea view, Central Worthing

I have a double room, newly decorated, with high ceilings and wooden floors. It has a sea view- the beach is about 100 meters away. The room has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, a double size bed, and two bed side tables. There is a tv point in the room too.

I am looking for a women to take the room. Just working professionals please ( for insurance reasons).

I already have one fabulous professional female lodger, and the room here is in a friendly household, in large 'single parent' family home. There are three bathrooms in this house. The kitchen has a washing machine, American style fridge freezer. Sunny patio. Fast internet connection. TV point in room. Busses run from both ends of the road including the 700 that runs along the coast to Brighton and west too. Trains a short walk away. Very close to Worthing centre, as we are in the poets area of the west end of Worthing.

I have included some bills in the room rate- council tax, and water.

I spend my days between Worthing and Brighton, its a real split both in the week and weekend. I am looking for an easy going person who is happy to get on with things. I tend to be busy, and I do like to chat, but I don't get that much time free, so you would have to be happy with your own space.

I enjoy sharing my home with people that bring diversity and other cultural experiences.
