Double room available in a 2 bed flat on South Farm Road for a Monday to Friday lodger, just a few minutes walk from Worthing station.
I am a live in landlord but work and live away Tuesday to Friday so you would also have full use of the lounge at these times (Virgin TV with TiVo).
I have a cat and therefore need someone that is willing to look after her when I'm away - simply feed her and enjoy her company!
The bedroom measures 4m x 2. 7m, currently only furnished with a bed but I will provide a wardrobe and soft chair prior to occupation. The bathroom is shared but as we will only be there together on Mondays, this shouldn't be a problem.
