Property in central location. On Pulse bus route and Worthing Station just 5-10 minutes walk. Beach and promenade also only 5-10 minutes walk - same for town centre. A bicycle can be stored in my garage. This share is ideal for one professional lodger who enjoys peace and quiet (not a party animal). I am looking for a quiet, honest, reliable, trustworthy, compatible lodger.
I am often away from the property so you can enjoy the whole flat in peace and quiet. The property NOT suitable for couples.
