Semi detached 3 bedroom house in quiet crescent in Sompting fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, Central heating 1 shared bathroom, living room, dining room and conservatory leading to outside decked/patio area. I'm looking for a clean tidy professional easy going male to share my home with and my very chilled dogs. I'm a full time self employed carpenter and after a long day at work, I like to take the dogs up the downs for nice walks then home to chill in front of t. v or pop out to see friends. At week ends usually at home with my girlfriend or out riding the lovely roads of West Sussex on my motor bike the house is situated close to the A27 excellent for commuting purposes 10 mins from worthing town centre 5 mins from lancing town centre and train station. Also convenience shop just round the corner, 5mins down the road is the Lyon farm estate , there you'll find sainsburys, boots , brantano shoes, B&Q, halfords, P. C world and a petrol station. If you like country walks we're 5 mins from the downs or if you the beach we're 5 mins away.
