Lovely quiet and sunny double sized room to let in shared house, overlooking the patio garden.
Digital TV connection and WiFi Broadband in the room.

Bathroom (with electric shower over bath,) bidet, basin, toilet. Combi boiler provides hot water on demand plus central heating.
Downstairs cloakroom, with toilet and basin.

Large kitchen/diner with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. French doors open onto garden. The kitchen and garden are the communal gathering space.

I am looking for respectful people to share my home who are ecologically and environmentally aware; as I cannot bear the squandering of precious resources!
I'm not mean, I just get mad at stupid stuff, like keeping your curtains closed all day and the lights switched on ... (what is sunshine for???), running the tap on full just to clean your teeth, or anyone not willing to re-cycle their rubbish properly.

I am looking for responsible, friendly and quiet sharers. I expect you to keep your room clean and also to openly share the responsibility of cleaning all communal spaces.
All utility bills included in rent. Everyone is asked to contribute £10 a month towards household commodities ie. loo rolls, washing powder, cleaning products, etc.

The house is minutes from Worthing Hospital (if you are accident prone or work there!) and overlooks a lovely park with tennis courts. 10 mins stroll to sea/swimming pool/700 bus to Brighton. 10 mins walk to Worthing station (trains to Brighton, Gatwick and Victoria) or to the centre of town for shops, banks, pubs/clubs, cinemas, etc. A choice of 3 supermarkets, 5 mins walk plus very useful corner shop.
Parking is Resident's permit only, between 10 to 11 am and 2 to 3 pm, Mon to Sat. If you work normal weekday hours it will be no problem to park, except for Saturday. I can provide visitor's permits to cover you at 30p a day.

I am quiet and friendly, however I am untidy, but getting better! I used the spare rooms to keep my 'overflow' stuff in!!! You will find books and cooking/craft/DIY/gardening stuff all over the place until I find a home for it all, or a skip to put it in!!!!
I am still renovating the the house, (hence the untidiness), so things like the smell of paint must not bother you!

I often have friends over for a meal so we might have to forward plan the use of the kitchen and spare beds/floor, if you like to entertain as well. My boyfriend and brother both have a dog, (a sprollie and collie) so you must not mind canine company.

In the summer the garden is a wonderful place for a BBQ and relaxing with friends.

I am an early riser, sadly, out of the house by 6: 45, so I don't expect partying until the wee small hours .... this must be a give-and-take arrangement to the benefit of all.

I want to keep a warm, happy, and welcoming house.
