Parking on driveway possible for small vehicle or motorbike but room in slip road. Bus links along south coast and to nearby railway stations. Good position for access to Littlehampton, Bognor, Chichester and Arundel. No other tenants. The communal space comprises of lounge/diner, conservatory, kitchen/breakfast, downstairs loo, bathroom with loo and bath. Garden front and back. Lovely neighbours! Easy-going household, relatively tidy but not too precious! Would suit mature person for a stay of 2-12 months.
