Looking for a house mate, I live in a 3 bedroom end terrace on the new estate in Ackworth. Open plan living room and dining room/kitchen. Downstairs toilet and bathroom and en suite upstairs, therefore the room available to rent would include it's own bathroom next door to it. The room itself has a single bed and a large double built in wardrobe with 3 rails and lots of shelving .
There is a small enclosed garden to the back and garage and driveway, which I am happy for you to use so parking not a problem. large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, broadband, sky tv, Netflix etc.

About me - recent split with my partner, hence looking for a housemate to help with the costs. I work in Leeds City centre Monday to Friday therefore get the train from Fitzwilliam station, usually out of the house from around 7. 30 to 6pm, I like to go out and go to the rugby on a weekend.
