Double room for rent/flat mate wanted!

Hi!

My name is Lauren and I'm a 27 year old professional and have a spare room for rent as of 01 Jan 2015.

I live on the border of Armley/Bramley, just up the road from Kirkstall, close to the Bridge Inn Pub(handy!).

It's a short bus journey into Leeds city centre with the 72 bus route and is a 10 minute drive. There is a parking space available if you have a car.

I own my place so can be flexible on timescales etc. I have a double room for rent, it is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, matching draws, and a cabinet. I like to think my home is comfortable, cosy and well equipped and would hope anyone moving in would be able to relax feel at home.

I work 9-5 weekdays so during the week tend to chill out watch tv/films or go out to the local pub, gym, meet friends for tea. Then on a weekend like to go out and be sociable. I'm not a big party animal but like the odd night out here and there and tend to be quite active, meet with friends and family etc. I also like to plan holidays and weekends away.

I have use of a private garden as I am friends with my neighbour downstairs which is handy during the summer months!

I'm respectful of others so I'm looking for someone who is the same and is not afraid of chipping in and doing their fairshare of keeping the place clean and tidy.

Rent is inclusive of all bills including broadband.
