We have x4 rooms in a 4 bed house (can be taken as a whole house if you have friends, or rooms individually) £320 - £350 pcm inc bills dependent on room size. This is on Salisbury Avenue.

Lastly, we have x1 room in a 4 bed (the house is currently occupied by 3 tenants) available now for £350pcm bills included. This is available immediately.

ALL of our properties/rooms are within PROFESSIONAL HOUSEHOLDS - mature students will be considered; but no DSS.

The landlord is extremely good and has redecorated all of the properties. The vacant rooms have been fitted with NEW mattresses, a lick of paint and in some cases new furniture (i. e, tub chairs, glass coffee tables)

The living room/shared areas include wall mounted TV's, a range of sofas, WIFI included and excellent facilities.

The kitchen was designed with a no corners cut approach - they've been kitted out to a high spec which includes full size American Fridge/Freezer and Range Cooker.

Short term lets considered. Ideally 6 months minimum but less could be an option if required.

All houses are extremely friendly households and the tenants we place are fun, sociable and enjoyable to live with. We pride ourselves on creating a great living environment - we even have fortnightly cleaners attend to the properties!
