I have a large room to rent in a nice house with garden, sharing just with me. I'm away a lot of the time so tenant will often have the house to themselves. So as well as the bedroom, there's a newly fitted bathroom, sitting room, dining room, kitchen and office. They're all well equipped and furnished and you have access to them all.
The rent includes broadband and bills except forpersonal phone calls. Off street parking is available and the house is 5 mins walk from SaItaire station. It takes 15 mins to get to Leeds and the area is a popular one with professionals working in Leeds or Harrogate. It's not far from the airport either if you travel a lot.
It's a really nice area near the park and Saltaire village so plenty of countryside but also pubs and entertainment.
