I've got a house to let, £400 per calendar month, bills not included. Ideal for a family or three people to share. There are three large double bedrooms, one with an en suite toilet and sink; the other two both have large walk-in wardrobes. It is currently furnished but I could remove some furntiture if that was a problem.

The house has just had a major overhaul and now has a new well-equipped kitchen, new boiler, new bathroom and new wool carpets throughout. It has been fully redecorated and tastefully furnished. It also has unlimited broadband.

There's a storage cellar (also has a spare shower room). And a lean to bike shed at the side of the house.

It is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and there is parking for a couple of cars outside plus more parking at the end of the row. I used to live there and can vouch for the friendliness of the neighbours!

It's also less than a 10 minute walk to Batley train station; 20 mins to Dewsbury station. There's a number of local shops including an excellent cafe within a couple of minutes walk, and Red Brick Mill a few minutes further on.

I am a responsible landlord and ensure the house is safe and well looked after. I will always try to accommodate your needs in relation to furniture etc.
