Lovely Double Room, Friendly house in Beeston

Lovely Large Room in a friendly professional shared house.

The house is modern and kept very clean and tidy. There is a shared lounge and kitchen, both of which are spacious and homely and with wooden flooring throughout.

The lounge has a TV with freeview and comfy sofas. The kitchen has a washing machine, large fridge and separate freezer and lots of storage space. It also serves as a dining area as there is a table and chairs also.

This is a lovely house with spacious rooms. It has a large basement that is good for storage, gym equipment etc, also there is WiFi throughout the house.

There is a small patio area at the back of the house which is nice to sit out when the sun is shining.

Its close to the city centre (10 mins by bus) and close to motorway links. Plenty of on street parking and near to the local shops and amenities.

I'm looking for people who like to keep the place clean and tidy, doesn't have to be a show home but its nice to live in a tidy house.
