Single furnished room available in 2 bedroom apartment at the side of the river Aire and overlooking the woods of St Ives estate. Beautiful quiet setting but 2 mins walk to bars and restaurants on Main Street and 5 mins to train station serving all main local towns and cities. The room has a bed, a large double wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a side table. It has its own bathroom, shared living and kitchen areas with all usual amentities, and is on the top floor with a balcony that catches the sun all day. (when it's out) All bills and broadband are included. There is secure gated parking.
I run a handmade jewellery and art gallery in Leeds and work Tuesdays to Saturday. I relocated to Bingley from Italy where I worked for 5 years.
I'm pretty easy going, would like to share with someone who is easy to get on with and have a laugh and a chat with at the end of a day and someone who would like to feel at home.
