Ideal, Spacious Modern Mill House to Share

Quick summary here, more about the house itself and rooms specifically below.

I'm currently living in a 3 bed townhouse right next to Bingley town centre. Both of my housemates are moving on to pastures new and I really love where I'm living so I've decided to stay and find new people to share the house with.

This has been a great house to live in so far and it's very cheap considering the amount of floorspace you get, quality of the place and the location. 3 minute walk to the train station and really nice area. Ideal for someone who commutes to Leeds daily.

You'll have use of the whole house and at the moment there's two double sized rooms available. Each with slightly different availability, but we're looking for new people to move in around the start of August. So ideally, we'd like to be sorted out by the middle of July, with tenancy checks, deposits etc. to sort in the meantime.

Bills are about £100 a month, covering Council Tax, Water, Internet, Energy.

If all goes well, I'll pass your details onto the landlords/agents and you can go through the process with them about signing up. At the moment we all pay into a joint account where everything comes out of, but for all intents and purposes, you're paying the rent to the agent, not myself. So there may be other new tenancy fees etc. But nothing major.

The bedrooms won't be furnished, so you'll need to bring your own things etc.

We've got a few friends living close by in a few properties so there's always something social going down, so if you're new to the area, no doubt you'll be invited along as well.

Ideally looking for someone to stay for the long-ish term at least 6 months+, don't really have any preferences about you, as long as you're friendly, I'm sure we'll get on fine. :)

We're expecting these rooms to be taken pretty quickly, so let us know if you're interested as soon as possible and we'll arrange for you to come see the place.

The House:

It's a converted mill house so its got plenty of old style character but really modern inside. House is 4 floors and there's a bathroom for each tenant, plus another spare toilet on the ground floor.

The kitchen / living room is a nice open area with island table, range cooker, dishwasher etc. There's a few sofas in there plus a communal tv. It leads out to a conservatory style room at the back. Oh, there's also currently a table tennis table in here too.

There's another room on the first floor which we're currently using a gym room, but depending on circumstances that follow, this could stay as it is, or be turned into anything like a study, office, rec room etc.

There's also a balcony terrace leading off the attic bedroom, which has been great in the summer so far.

If you drive, there's also two parking spaces available outside the house in the driveway.

Room 1:

The first room available is a double room is available to move in from the start of August. With window overlooking the front of the house, it has space enough for an office area in the corner, with a very large sliding door wardrobe and comfortably room enough for a double bed as well.

The bathroom right outside the bedroom door has traditionally been the 'en-suite' for this room.

Room 2:

The second room available from mid-August is the attic bedroom.

In this room there's no built-in wardrobe space, but this is made up by being the most private room in the house and is particularly spacious. Enough for a divided bedroom area and rec area as it stands. It has an en-suite bathroom & leads directly onto the balcony terrace.

If you've read this far, I guess you'll want to know a little about me. I'm Mark, 25. I work full-time from 9-6 Mon-Fri. I enjoy all sports, keen runner and into my music and games. I like to think I'm pretty talkative and friendly and I mentioned before, we've got a good social circle close by, so the house won't be boring at least. :)
