I am a live in landlord with rooms to rent in a fairly large house in crossflatts/Bingley
I am putting this advert up to gauge interest. I will be looking a housemate fairly soon. I am undergoing a lot of renovation at the moment including getting a new kitchen fitted.
This unfortunately is getting fitted now after Xmas so I am behind time!
The house is built to a high standard with many luxuries. The house is a 4 min walk from crossflatts train station and about a 10 min walk from Bingley town centre. On road parking is available.
I am a young outgoing person who works away at times.
As I have said, this is just to gauge interest at the moment.
Some of the house is undergoing redecoration and renovation at the moment hence why I am not looking for tenants until it is completed.
