Large room with shared bathroom

3 Lund St is a terraced townhouse; a former mill conversion. It has been a shared house since built and the living environment is open and relaxed.

The house is characterful, with notably high ceilings and plenty of light provided by a wall-to-wall window in the living room and kitchen. The house is very well insulated and is never cold - we have always been generous with heating.

We have one rooms available. The room is large and well-shaped. For this room the owner will need to buy all furnishings apart from a wardrobe, as this room has one installed. The bathroom for this room is on the same floor and will be shared with another room.

We are looking for relaxed, professional housemates who like sharing their space with other people. This said, we place a great deal of trust in each other to respect one anothers' privacy. We are off a main road and so the house is remarkably peaceful.

Bills, including water, heating, gas, electricity, broadband and council tax, are 120 pounds pcm.

The house is sensible and fun. This is not a contradiction. We have had plenty of laughs and chats over the dinner table and had two house parties since I arrived last year. Guests are welcome.
