I live in Bingley 5 minutes walk from the train station and all amenities. I am a 31 year old professional female and would like a lodger to rent one of my rooms in my 3 bed roomed terrace house.

The house comprises of kitchen, lounge, large bathroom, 3 double bedrooms (one of which is used as a second reception room/office) and garden with on street parking. I have gas central heating, washing machine, dish washer, Sky HD and wireless broadband to name a few.

I am asking £350pcm which includes gas, electricity, water, council tax, sky and broadband.

I would like a no smoking, professional or student between the ages of 21-40 years old.
