Hi there!!

I'm a graduate who is working full time and saving up for graduate speech therapy training. The house is owned by father who lives on the same street. I am looking to share my home with either students or working people - No DSS, sorry! I am a clean and tidy person and would appreciate people who keep communal areas reasonably tidy. However, your room is your room. The house is cleaned and bins are emptied once a week by my father. I love to socialize but do understand if people want privacy. All the rooms are massive, with double beds and fully furnished to a high standard. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need; washer, 2 fridge-freezers, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.... pots, pans, cups, cutlery, everything! - Even bedding on each bed!! All you need to do is bring yourself along and your clothes! :-)

COUPLES ARE WELCOME. Rent is 300 per month for a double room.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RENT IS DUE EVERY 4 WEEKS. ONE MONTH'S RENT AND £150 DEPOSIT IS DUE WHEN MOVING IN. NO TIME WASTERS OR PEOPLE WANTING DISCOUNT SO PLEASE DON'T ASK!

The following bills are included in the rent: WATER AND COUNCIL TAX

Electricity and Gas are on meters so the bills are cheap and split equally.
