Also within a few minutes' walk are local shops, restaurants and amenities including the award-winning Lister Park.

The house has gas central heating, double or treble glazing throughout, a comfortable kitchen/dining and living area with multi-fuel stove, a modern bathroom and a clean dry utility room in the half cellar.

Utlity bills will be shared 50/50; the house is strictly non-smoking with no pets.
