Double room to rent in Apperley Bridge

I have a 4 bed detached house in Apperley bridge with conservatory and an additional lounge for extra space and privacy.

I work in sales so I sometimes work from home or can be away mid week and weekends depending on my diary.

The house has off street parking and a large garden with amazing views over the valley. The room is a large double with 3 door wardrobe and two bed side cabinets.

I have Internet which is included in the rent. Storage space is also available in the loft. I have all of the usual mod cons as well which you would be welcome to use.

I am quite an easy going sociable person who enjoys chilling in front of the tv with a glass of wine or down at my local pub on a weekend.

I have 2 little dogs Harry and Gerti who are really friendly. Lhasa Apso breed.

Apperley Bridge is easily accessible to both Leeds and Bradford and there are a number of pubs, restaurants and shops within walking distance, in addition to the train station which is 0.8 miles away.
