2 Rooms available now in shared quiet house in BD4

I have 2 rooms available now in shared house in BD4.
I am a quiet 38 year old male with 2 well behaved cats and have 2 rooms available in my home. I am a non smoker but I do drink sometimes.
The house is a quiet back to back house just off Wakefield Road - Bradford with a secluded garden.
On the ground floor it is open space with the kitchen and living room area being one room. The kitchen has washing machine, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave and cooker (ALL appliances are quite new).
The living room area has leather sofa, plasma tv, dvd player etc.
Upstairs there is the 2 available rooms and the shared bathroom which has an electric shower. Then at the top of the house there is attic rooms which are for myself.
The house does have broadband which will be shared but the phone itself will not be shared.
The rent is £60 per week for room 1 (or £80 if you're a couple) and £50 per week for room 2
(both payable 4 weekly in advance by standing order)
and a £200 deposit is asked for each room (or £350 if you're a couple)
