I am currently looking to rent a room out hopefully with a minimum term of 6 month.
I live in a 3 bed end terraced house in Apperley Bridge.
There are 3 double bedrooms , one in the attic, a living room , dining room and one bathroom with bath shower.
There is also a large garden which I am looking at getting decked for bbqs etc
The price will include all bills, wifi council tax, gal, electric and sky. I will also fit a sky box in your room.
Room can be finished or unfurnished .
I am looking to have the rooms and garden available from 1st may.
I am 30 yrs old and professional male and work full time , a varies of different shifts. I have a busy social life and as such am hardly home .
