Double room available

I am looking to rent out one of the two spare rooms I have in our home.
Its fully furnished with all the furniture needed and the other spare room is study, with table and a chair (if u need some space to read etc)the house has got a kitchen, a huge living room, separate dinning room, garden back and front, garage and ample parking
its a very secure area, nice cul de sac which is very quiet (not even the sound of cars around)
