Double Bedroom in Heaton

A warm, friendly and well-equipped four bedroom house. Great vintage kitchen, woodfire, television and DVD. 1 double bedroom taken for 3 years. 2nd double bedroom taken until April 2015. Housemates include a couple (Around 30 years old - He studies for a PHD, she works), me and my partner (Weekends only, a dog and soon a cat!

We will be looking from April onwards for a single female or male, responsible, clean, warm, kind, who likes animals. A good sense of humour would be the icing on the cake!

1 Double Bedroom (taken until April 2015) is in the attic. It is light, spacious, with a beautiful Victorian fireplace. The bathroom has a bath and a shower and is on the attic floor. It has a new double bed and new mattress and a wardrobe, as well as a nice and comfortable leather recliner chair.

The kitchen and the lounge are to share..

There is a bus stop a couple of minutes away from the house with buses into Bradford (680) and Shipley (629) and the Frizinghall train station 20 minutes down the hill. Trains to Leeds are every 30 minutes and the journey lasts 20min. Parking is on the street.

The Bradford University School of Management is 10 min walk down the road. The Bradford Infirmary is 20 minutes walk up the road. Hallmark is 20 minutes walk up.

Heaton Village has a baker, two takeaways, a Premier shop and 1 pub. The Heaton Wood Trust is 5 minutes walk away which is a joy to go for walks in.

Bills include unlimited Broadband, heating and phone and are £50 on top of the rent of £250 (a month). I live and work in Manchester but have a bedroom in the house which I come and stay at at the weekend or once a while in the week.
