Apartment to share in central location

I have a nice apartment to share with a furnished double bedroom with TV /DVD. There is a fully equipped kitchen and shared garden.
I would prefer a person of sober habits ,neat and tidy.
The apartment has quite large rooms and ample storage as there is loft space .
I work away a lot , so you would have the flat to yourself most of the time .
I am a clean and tidy person but not fanatical and would be open to having a cleaner come in once a week if it would make life easier , and split the cost.
