Large Double Room in Bramley

Hello,

We are a young professional couple looking for a sociable new housemate to share our place in Bramley. I work in IT and my partner works in a restaurant in Leeds.

The room is very spacious and has a double bed, bedside table and two chests of drawers. There is plenty of space to accommodate more furniture if you wanted to bring anything with you. I'm also willing to provide other furniture, depending on what you need.

The rest of the house includes a large kitchen and dining room, a (clean!) bathroom and a living room with a Smart TV, DVD as well as a kodi box. There is also a 3rd small bedroom/office/ironing space currently being used as my music studio.

Outside, there is a small south-facing garden and off-road parking.

The local area has a Tesco and Morrisons both within walking distance as well as an Aldi store right opposite, there is also a convenience store, pub, and an excellent chippy over the road. Bus routes 16, 40, 44, 72 (to Leeds centre) and 91 (direct to Headingley/Chapel Allerton) all stop nearby and it's only a 5 minute walk to Bramley train station which gets you into Leeds in 5-7 mins and Bradford (Manchester Victoria line) in 10-15 minutes.

I am ideally looking for a young professional or mature student in their 20s or 30s. I hope to live with someone who enjoys cooking and drinking together and is looking to make new friends as well as put a roof over their head.

The rent includes all bills including super-fast broadband (virgin).
