I have a double room available to rent in a 3 bed house. With built in wardrobes. It is a big spacious room in which you will have plenty of space. With garden to front and rear. The rear garden has a nice large fence which makes it private. There is parking out side the house on a quiet cul-de-sac street.
Bramley train station is a 10 minute walk for trains into Leeds, Bradford etc. Local aminities are close by with supermarkets, shops, pubs. Upstairs bathroom with bath and separate shower, Downstairs toilet, living room with separate dining room and large modern kitchen with all the amenities.
I'm looking for another professional or student to share with myself and female professional. Wifi and bills are included. It really does make a comfortable and nice home. Any more info please get in touch thank you.
