I am looking for someone to take over my room in a freshly decorated and furnished 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house in Burley Park. I am relocating as of December with work.
The bedroom is a spacious attic room, fully equipped with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of draws. There is also a good sized en-suite with shower, sink and toilet.
This house is located with a 3 minute walk to Burley Park train station and a 5 minute walk to Co-Op. There is also a decently priced and equipped gym just a 10 minute walk away.
This house is ideal for young professionals or masters students who are looking for a good sized, clean and modern house to live in - and one which does not break the bank.
This house is great and I really am sad to be leaving!
