Situated in a quiet village location close to Rothwell. Ideal for Leeds/Wakefield and easy access to the M1/M62.
Furnished room available in a 2 bedroom house. It currently has a 3/4 double bed, a bookcase and large built-in storage cupboard with shelves. Not the largest of rooms, but quaint and homely - I may be able to change/add bits of furniture depending on your needs.
There is Freeview in the living room, and all bills (excluding internet) are included. I am happy to provide towels and bedding if desired, and all kitchen equipment (including slow cooker, steamer and griddle), etc can be used.
Spacious living room with working coal/wood fireplace, kitchen with double oven and table, modern bathroom with electric shower over bath, and a pleasant outdoor area. There are additional outbuildings for storage, so bikes can be accommodated.
I am looking for a short term Mon-Fri lodger only.
