The house itself is a new build and is situated a 10/15 minute walk away from Castleford bus/train station if you wish to commute to Leeds. Its a 2 minutes drive from Junction 31 of the M62 a 20 minute drive to Leeds city centre.

Local amenities include Xscape leisure complex, ASDA, Morrisons and Junction 32 shopping centre.

We are a professional couple looking for someone to share our home with. We are looking for someone who's a professional, trustworthy, considerate and clean but also somebody who is easy to get on with and likes to have a laugh. Currently the house has 1 pet guinea pig and a dog both of which will live inside so someone who doesn't mind pets is a must but they are both well trained :) I keep them clean so they don't smell. Nobody likes a stinky house.
