Room is approx 18x16ft and furnished with bed & mattress, two large wardrobes and large set of drawers. Room also has aerial point for TV.

Also on first floor is another bedroom and two shared bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath. Third bedroom in the attic.

On the ground floor is a lounge, separate dining room (with table and chairs) and kitchen/diner. Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, double oven range cooker, fridge, freezer and also a further fridge/freezer combo in the dining room. Kitchen also has all the shared usual items such as kettle, toaster, oven trays, plates, cutlerly etc. Dining room is used primarily as a study/office area, but can be tidied up if you're the sort that likes to throw dinner parties!

Virgin Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, as well as Tivo in the lounge.

There is a grassed garden with outhouse/shed with room for a bike if you are a cyclist. Large BBQ available to use (although I can't guarantee nice weather!). Parking is available on the road in front of the house.

The house is ideally situated for commuters! Its a 10 minute drive to the M62 and a 15 min drive to the A1 and M1. For those who don't drive its less than a 10 minute walk to the bus/train station. There are regular trains to Knottingley, Pontefract, Wakefield, Leeds, Sheffield and stations in between.

We are close to Castleford town centre, and not far away from the Xscape entertainment complex, Junction32 shopping outlet and a large Asda supermarket.

There is currently a male and female couple at the property (mature uni student and professional) and another professional female. One smoker. No current pets but looking to possibly get a cat. Looking for male/female aged 20-35 working full time or student (no DSS/benefits). Included in price is room, utilities and council tax as well as use of all facilities. £350pcm (paid a in advance) plus £100 security deposit.
