I have a double room available to rent just outside of Castleford, in a newly built 2 bedroom semi detached house.
In the room there is a wardrobe, double bed and 2 bedside drawers. Upstairs there's a shared bathroom. Downstairs is open plan kitchen/dining and living area, and also got a downstairs toilet.
I've got a nice sized garden with patio and shed.
I also have Sky TV and broadband.
I'm only 5 minutes from Asda, Xscape, J32 Outlet Village and the M62.
I'm quite easy going but I'd like someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and trustworthy.
