Single Bedroom

Bedroom with large wardrobe and single bed, TV and DVD player in room, in a 3 bed modern house in a nice area of Castleford. Shared front room, large main bathroom, dining area and kitchen with washing machine and drying factilities, parking off road. Large back enclosed garden with seating area and table with BBQ facilities. I am quite a bubbly, fun person and fairly relaxed about stuff. I work in education so do have school holidays and weekends off. I am looking for a male or female tenant between the above ages but would consider someone slightly younger or older.
