Lovely double rooms in a three bed terrace house

One furnished double bedroom is available for rent in a newly refurbished professional houseshare. This is a friendly, happy 3 bedroom house, 5 mins walk from the station and other facilities in town centre. I took great care to make it look and feel like a home and not a typical rented house.

All bills (fair usage policy applies)are included in the rent. High speed Virgin fiber optic broadband. smoking is only permitted outside.

There is well equipped kitchen, plenty of storage space, gas oven, fridge freezer and a separate fridge, washing machine, microwave.

All rooms are large and set off from each other (no shared walls between bedrooms), so tenants have good degree of privacy. Shared living/dining room for socialising, large bathroom, permit free street parking and secure private back yard with plants. It is big enough to invite friends over for a bbq or just relax in the sun.

I am looking for long term tenants who can respect the house and make it their home. Please note this room is NOT suitable for couples.
