1 Large Double Bedroom in Chapel Allerton

Hi! I have a large double room available in a lovely back-to-back terrace house in Chapel Allerton. The room is fully furnished with a double-bed (with inbuilt storage), a large wardrobe, bedside table, and lamps. The room is large enough to accommodate any extra furniture or items you might want to bring.

It is a two bedroom house shared with me, and a very friendly, fluffy, and affectionate cat. I am Australian and have been living in Leeds for about 3 years. I work at the university and am quite outdoorsy, spending most weekends adventuring around Leeds and beyond. I’m looking for someone who is ideally a post-grad or professional who is happy and fun. Someone who is equally happy to be sociable or do their own thing, as well as contribute to keeping the house clean and tidy.

The house is fully furnished, with a large shared lounge room with a gas fireplace. The eat-in kitchen is in the converted basement. It is a great space for cooking and sharing meals with friends. It has a four-burner gas stove, electric oven, washing machine, fridge, and dishwasher.

The house is a five-minute walk from Harrogate Road, where there are cafes, bars, restaurants, and a great village atmosphere. Buses into the city centre are frequent and it takes about 10-15 minutes. There is ample on street parking available.

The rent is £450 per month including all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet). Internet is high-speed wifi and it is accessible from all rooms in the house. For short lets rent is £125 per week.
