Ideally looking for a professional female who would be interested in renting a large double room in a nice location close to M62 junction 26 which provides great access to Halifax, Leeds, Bradford, Manchester, Sheffield and Huddersfield. The house has a good size living area, dinning kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, garden to the rear and parking at the front. Room has double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws available if required. Internet already set up. Looking for an easy going person who is happy doing their own thing but sociable.
