I have a very large room available. In very large 5 bed house. Fully furnished. Lots of storage. Table, chair, comfy chair.... King size bed. Sky tv. The room is not en suite but sole use of bathroom can be arranged.
I also have two lounges so own space is not an issue.

I'm very sociable, enjoy a good laugh, nights out etc. I have a dog and I do smoke but only outside! I also like a clean tidy house.

Use of all amenities. Very large kitchen. Washer and dryer. I'm friendly and easy going and would like to share with someone, over 30, who is easy to live with and cleans up after themselves.
