Furnished Double bedroom in modern townhouse...

Furnished double bedroom on ground floor of modern new build three storey townhouse.

Bedroom contains double bedroom, and double wardrobe and chest of drawers [and possibly a television].

Ground floor also has utility room with washing machine and bathroom with good power shower, toilet and sink which would be for your sole use. There is also a garage with integral door which is currently used for storage. Aside from access to the house, garage and utility room the ground floor would pretty much be yours.

First floor is main living area with large living room with corner sofa and double armchair and large flatscreen tv. Kitchen is all integrated with dushwasher and plenty of cupboard space. Second floor has two bedrooms and a storage room which I hope to change into a study as have some exams cxoming up so will probably be spending a large amount of time in there!

I do live here with my daughter who is seven though I currently work shifts so she does not stay all the time. Although she is small she is well house trained, when I'm at home she is in bed and asleep on weekday nights by 1900 hours so the house is a child free zone after that and the house is always clean and tidy [not a typical child bomb site!].

My ideal solution would be someone who is already working full time who simply needs somewhere monday to friday, for which I would reduce the monthly rent. Or somone who wants all week but doesn't mind the fact that there will be a child around during the weekend.

All bills are included, although you would be expected to pay for any phone calls made and your own food! We currenly have full whack sky television, to the main living area and broadband. There is also a driveway and on street parking.
